Dear all,
I am writing to invite volunteers for the forthcoming exhibitions – China Education Expo 2006 with Education UK – which is to be held in Shanghai and Nanjing in October. British Council will be in charge of the UK Pavilion in both exhibitions. There will be 52 UK institutions participating in the two-day exhibition in Shanghai and 37 in Nanjing. The exhibitions will showcase the educational excellence in the UK to the general public, and will introduce the most up-to-date course and application information.

Talking about volunteers, we would welcome your assistance in the following roles in both exhibitions.
Role A – Counter Consultant: Handling visitor enquiries at British Council counter for half a day (2 Alumni for each slot)
Role B – Seminar Speaker: Delivering a PPT presentation on UK study and living experiences in the seminar room
No matter where and what you have studied in the UK, I would appreciate your enthusiastic volunteering in the exhibitions. Please refer to the detailed schedule for both roles in the attached sheet and highlight ONE certain time slot that you can fulfil. Grateful if you can return the sheet to me via email before 12 Oct.
